Les Terraces has been divided into three lovely private apartments, all of which boast stunning views over the Dordogne and across to the vineyards on the north side of the river.
It is possible to rent a single flat, two flats, or the whole house, depending upon your needs as each flat can be interconnected or separated as appropriate for large families or those seeking a charming private retreat.
Given the size of the spaces on both the ground and second floors the house lends itself perfectly to small meetings, seminars or retreats.

Dedicated secure covered parking is now available in our garage about 100M away from the house, but still on rue Denfert Rochereau. Please enquire about access to this facility when you book.

My friends and I rented the entire house (3
apts ) for a week last fall and couldn't have been happier. The town was
perfect for our needs (a market, bakeries and a few good restaurants)
and the location was great for day trips.
The area is stunning. The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless.
The pictures do not do it justice. We would definitely go back and hope
to one day. This year we are doing a different area with the same
friends but we are all still talking about Les Terraces.
The owner, Alex, was very helpful and easy to deal with, as was the
woman who met us at the house. The top floor and the main floor were our
favourites as the middle apt didn't have a deck but was still very
lovely. If you rent this house you will not be disappointed. We will
definitely go back one day as one week was not enough.
